Our client — a fast-growing, award-winning financial institution — is hiring a Financial Control Manager to join their expanding team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified accountant to step into a leadership role within a dynamic, high-growth environment. You'll take ownership of month-end and year-end close processes, lead technical accounting, and play a key role in strengthening financial governance across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead month-end and year-end close
• Maintain and improve financial control frameworks
• Manage technical accounting (IFRS 9, IFRS 16)
• Oversee audit, tax packs, and compliance
• Collaborate with teams across Finance, Risk, and Commercial
• Mentor and develop junior team members

What They’re Looking For:

• ACA / ACCA (or equivalent) qualified
• 3+ years post-qualification experience in financial control (ideally FS)
• Strong IFRS and audit knowledge
• Hands-on, detail-focused, and proactive mindset
