We are delighted to present an opportunity for an accomplished Management Accountant / Financial Controller to join a high-growth international fashion and retail group. With current group revenues of £40m–£50m, operations across the UK, EU, US, and UAE, and a defined expansion plan, this is a pivotal moment to join the journey.

Over the next 12 months, the group will be opening new flagship retail stores in Dubai, Las Vegas, Westfield London, and France, reinforcing its position as a global retail challenger.

The Role

Reporting directly to the FD/CFO, this is a strategically significant role, offering:

• Full-time presence at the Manchester HQ (09:00–17:30, office-based)
• Direct exposure to international audits with potential for overseas travel
• Hands-on involvement across financial reporting, operations, and group growth strategy
• Use of Xero, Shopify, PeopleVox to support financial and operational insights

The Candidate

• Qualified or part-qualified Management Accountant / Financial Controller
• Strong grounding in fashion e-commerce or retail is preferred, though other sector experience will be considered
• A commercially astute, detail-oriented individual seeking a platform for international exposure and career growth
