What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead day-to-day financial operations across all business functions
- Report directly to the CFO, providing strategic financial insight and support
- Drive robust financial controls and reporting processes to support rapid growth
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting cycles with precision
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business planning
- Implement scalable financial systems and processes as the business expands
- Lead and mentor a growing finance team
- Partner with operational teams to deliver on ambitious growth plans
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with strong technical expertise
- Proven experience from a large corporate group or fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Resilient and adaptable - thriving under pressure and managing competing priorities
- Strategic mindset with excellent attention to detail
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing teams
- Systems-focused with experience implementing financial controls and processes
- Commercial acumen and ability to partner effectively with non-finance stakeholders
