Financial Controller

This is a full-time, on-site Financial Controller role located in Hertford. The Financial Controller will oversee the company’s financial reporting, ensure accurate preparation of financial statements, and provide analytical insights to support decision-making. Responsibilities include managing accounting operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and producing detailed financial reports. The individual will play a pivotal role in budgeting, forecasting, and offering strategic financial guidance to support the company’s long-term success.

• Strong skills in Accounting and Finance principles
• Exceptional Analytical Skills to interpret financial data and drive business decisions
• Proven experience in leadership and managing financial operations
• Attention to detail with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in financial software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent is highly desirable
