Reed Finance are proud to be working with a fast-growing retail business near Plymouth to recruit a Financial Controller. This is a key role in a busy, high-performing finance team.

You’ll lead on management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, and commercial analysis, working closely with teams across the business to support smart decisions and drive growth.

A commercially minded finance professional who enjoys a fast-paced environment and wants to make a real impact.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and review monthly management accounts
• Monitor and analyse cashflow (daily and monthly)
• Create budgets, forecasts, and financial models
• Partner with teams across the business to support performance
• Improve reporting processes and team efficiency
• Analyse income streams and suggest ways to boost profit
• Model financial impact of new business ideas
• Run sensitivity analysis to highlight risks and opportunities
