This is a Full Time, fixed term contract until 1st October based in Swindon with hybrid working. Please note you will be required to attend the office full time whilst you are training.

What you will be doing

As our Financial Controls Assistant, you will accurately check and process data relating to supplier additions and changes and Visa Purchasing Cards, in line with organisational and customers’ Service Level Agreement Key Performance Indicators and delivering timely, efficient and effective administrative support.

• Good computer skills and knowledge of basic MS office systems e.g word, excel, outlook
• Effective phone interaction
• Query resolution
