Financial Crime Specialist - Retail Investments - Manchester

Miryco Consultants is working with a leading global asset manager to add a Senior Specialist in Financial Crime Operations to their growing Manchester office.

You will play an essential part in designing and implementing the financial crime agenda and framework across the retail investment business.

Responsibilities:

• Proactive detection and prevention of financial crime threats
• Continuous process improvement across financial crime operations
• Execution of financial crime strategy and driving operational efficiency
• Development of robust controls, policies and procedures
• Enhancing detection systems through integration of new technologies
• Investigation into suspicious activity and providing guidance to the business

Experience:

• 5+ years' relevant experience within financial crime
• Retail investments experience preferable
• Comfortable in fast-paced global business
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with different teams

Location: Manchester, 3/2
