Finance Director | PE backed B2B SaaS | London (Hybrid)

£100,000 – £120,000 + bonus + benefits

I'm working exclusively with a fast-growing, digitally led B2B SaaS business to appoint a commercially minded Finance Director to lead and scale its finance function as the company enters its next phase of growth.

Reporting to the COO, this is a high-impact, hands-on role owning core finance operations, reporting, and FP&A. You’ll lead a small team, oversee outsourced support, and act as a key business partner to the wider leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own financial control, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance
• Develop and build out FP&A capability and KPI reporting
• Manage audit, tax, treasury, and external stakeholder relationships
• Strengthen systems and processes to support international growth
• Drive commercial insight and partner with leadership on strategy

About You:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with SaaS/tech/scale-up experience
• Strong technical and commercial finance background
• Confident working with senior stakeholders and driving change
• Hands-on mindset with a strategic outlook
• Experience with Xero and automated invoicing tools a bonus
