Financial Director

Finance Director | AI/SaaS Consultancy | London (Hybrid)

Salary: £130,000 - £150,000 + Bonus & Equity

I’m currently working with a high-growth, AI consultancy that’s redefining how global expansion services are delivered. With a fast-scaling subscription + services model and strong commercial momentum, they’re now looking for a Finance Director to join the leadership team.

This is a critical hire as they prepare for private equity investment and a buy-and-build strategy focused on acquiring and integrating niche consultancies.

• Proven ability to scale finance functions in fast-paced, founder-led businesses
• Experience with M&A (due diligence, integration, financial modelling)
• Familiarity with tools like Xero, and HubSpot is a bonus
