Finance Director – Global Technology Business

We’re partnering with a global, technology-enabled manufacturing business to appoint an experienced Finance Director to lead the international finance function through an exciting period of growth and transformation.

This is a highly visible, board-facing role with responsibility for shaping financial strategy, driving performance, and leading a multi-disciplinary finance team across multiple international jurisdictions.

The role:

• Lead all international finance activity across the business
• Deliver clear, commercial financial insight to senior leadership and the board
• Own budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, and performance analysis
• Identify efficiencies, improve margins, and strengthen financial controls
• Partner closely with global finance leadership and international HQ
• Build, develop, and performance-manage a high-calibre finance team

What we’re looking for:

• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
• Proven Finance Director experience within a multi-jurisdictional, international business
• A strong, credible leader with a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach
• Experience in asset-heavy, manufacturing, technology, services, or complex operational environments
• Excellent influencing, communication, and presentation skills
• Comfortable operating at pace, both independently and as part of a global leadership team
