Principle Accountabilities
Build warm, trusted relationships with stakeholders across our global reporting entities
Partner closely with markets and factories to understand their operations and identify control risks
Champion the Global Control Matrix (GCM), driving excellence in its execution and continuous improvement
Lead the development of robust balance sheet reconciliation and review processes to ensure transparency and audit readiness
Support high-impact transformation projects like ERP implementations and offshoring, ensuring control integrity
Contribute to the wider finance transformation agenda, identifying opportunities for systems and process optimisation
Skills and Experience Required
A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) preferably with experience in a listed plc environment at Group or subsidiary level
A natural relationship builder with a collaborative, partnership-driven approach
Strong commercial awareness and interest in FMCG operations
Proven ability to influence and drive excellence without direct reporting lines
Passion for continuous improvement and process optimisation
Confident communicator with high verbal fluency and the ability to present with impact
This role will involve approximately 33% of international travel within a year.
