FP&A Analyst

Hybrid: 3 days in 2 from home
Salary: £45,000 to £55,000
Location: London
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Support business planning cycles, including scheduling, consolidating templates, and preparing review materials.
- Business Partner with finance and operational leads to analyse, challenge, and explain performance variances.
- Maintain and update models and schedules in Anaplan; become a subject matter expert.
- Assist with monthly dashboards, risk/opportunity tracking, and strategic presentations.
- Work closely with the Data & Analytics team to improve processes and reporting.
- Drive process improvements and automation of reporting packs and planning tools.
- Assist with financial modelling to support scenario planning and key business decisions.
- Ensure accuracy and organisation of FP&A files, and maintain appropriate access levels.
- Support delivery of planning cycles to tight deadlines and deputise for the FP&A Manager when needed.
Skills & Experience:
- Part-qualified ACCA/CIMA with solid financial and commercial experience.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience in Anaplan and Oracle desirable.
- Confident communicator with excellent business partnering skills.
- Experience in a multi-jurisdictional, fast-paced environment (real estate preferred).
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and attention to detail.
