The Role:

As an FP&A Analyst, you will play a key part in supporting financial performance across the business. Sitting within the Commercial Finance function, your role will focus on providing insightful analysis, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, and maintaining robust financial models.

You’ll work cross-functionally with stakeholders in Finance and Commercial teams, helping to improve accuracy, efficiency, and reporting standards while driving continuous improvement and value creation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver accurate, timely financial analysis to inform business decisions.
• Support the planning cycle, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
• Develop and maintain Excel-based models and performance monitoring tools.
• Assist in the preparation of board packs and executive-level reporting.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to validate assumptions and assess risks.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and insights.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Strong Excel skills; Power BI experience advantageous.
• Analytical thinker with attention to detail and a commercial mindset.
• Excellent communication skills; able to explain finance to non-finance stakeholders.
• Proactive, curious, and eager to grow within a fast-paced environment.
• Organised, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Collaborative team player who thrives in a high-performing finance function.
• Part-qualified accountant (CIMA/ACA/ACCA) or actively studying toward qualification.
