Did you know that there are at least 20.3m people in the UK in vulnerable financial circumstances, who are poorly served or unfairly excluded from mainstream financial services?
That’s nearly a third of all adults in the UK.
We are Fair4All Finance. We are a not-for-profit organisation working with Financial Services providers to improve the financial wellbeing of people in vulnerable circumstances by increasing access to fair, affordable and appropriate financial products and services.
We are continuing our work following our latest round of funding, and as a result we are now seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to lead our financial planning, budgeting, analysis and insight efforts.
We’re looking for a proactive and technically strong FP&A Manager to lead a transformation in how we use financial data to inform decisions and drive impact. This is a new and pivotal role, moving us beyond basic management accounts to build a forward-looking, insight-led FP&A function that supports our mission to improve financial wellbeing for people in vulnerable circumstances.
You’ll shape and deliver a vision for financial and management reporting that’s purposeful, relevant, and accessible — helping senior leaders and budget holders make better decisions, allocate resources effectively, and plan for the future.
As part of our small, agile finance team, you’ll bring strong technical accounting skills, advanced Excel capabilities, and a collaborative mindset. You’ll be comfortable switching between high-level financial modelling and hands-on support, be detail-oriented but able to see the big picture and be comfortable in a complex, innovative environment. You’ll also take a change in accounting software and the development of other tools around a growing organisation in your stride as you innovate with us.
We’re a bold, inclusive and compassionate organisation, and we’re looking for someone who shares our values and is excited to help build something better.
