Looking for a FP&A Manager to work for a high growth insurance company to support the continued growth of the business. You will be reporting into the Financial Controller in a broad FP&A role
Duties and responsibilities
- Responsible for the budgeting and forecasting processes in the business
- You will need to drive and develop the FP&A processes
- Working with budget holders to provide monthly variance analysis
- Business partnering with the BU's
- Decision support- providing financial analysis and models to drive revenue growth and cost savings.
- They are a small team so this will be a broad role will you will support the wider finance team as and when needed
- They have a strong process improvement mindset so you will be on a number of projects and ensuring best practice.
Skills, knowledge, and behaviours
- Qualified Accountant - either practice or industry trained in insurance
- At least 2-4 years experience in industry if practice trained.
- Understanding of insurance - Broking/MGA's ideally.
- You will be working closely with the business and senior executives so you will need to have excellent communication skills
- You need to be bright and ambitious and happy working in a growing business where things are changing constantly.
This is a permanent appointment paying circa £75,000-£85,000 depending on experience + bonus + benefits.
