FP&A Manager – (Life Insurance)

London / Hybrid

Permanent | Competitive salary + bonus

A leading life insurance group is looking for an experienced FP&A Manager to take ownership of planning, forecasting and performance analysis across UK and European entities. This is a high‑impact role offering strong visibility with senior finance and actuarial stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the expense budgeting, reforecasting and monthly performance cycle.
Produce clear analysis and commentary on cost drivers, variances and trends.
Support reporting under IFRS 17
Work closely with actuarial colleagues to align expense inputs and allocations for Solvency II.
Enhance models, MI and reporting frameworks to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Partner with local finance teams across Europe to ensure consistent, high‑quality expense reporting.

About You

Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA).
Strong FP&A experience within life insurance or wider financial services.
Exposure to IFRS 17 and Solvency II

Excellent analytical, modelling and communication skills.

Confident working with senior stakeholders in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.

This is a permanent appointment paying up to £100,000 + bonus + benefits.
