A leading London law firm is looking to recruit a Financial Regulatory Associate or Senior Associate (3–6 PQE) to join its highly regarded Financial Services and Products practice.
The Team
The financial regulatory group is a sizeable, well-established practice comprising multiple partners, senior lawyers, and associates, and is recognised for its breadth, depth, and technical strength. The team advises on the full spectrum of financial services regulation and works closely with corporate, finance, disputes, private client, investment management, derivatives, tax, and employment teams across the firm.
The practice is known for its partner-led approach, collegiate culture, and high level of responsibility given to associates, with matters frequently involving complex cross-border elements.
The Work
You will advise on a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious regulatory matters, including:
Clients include asset managers, banks, investment firms, private equity and hedge funds, sovereign wealth funds, payment services and e-money providers, fintechs, corporates, and family offices.
