Description

A top-tier International law firm is seeking an experienced Restructuring and special situations Lawyer to join its highly regarded practice on a six-month contract, starting asap. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a market-leading team on complex, high-profile matters in the UK and across multiple jurisdictions.

You will support a busy and sophisticated restructuring practice, working closely with partners and senior lawyers on a broad range of high-value and often cross-border matters. The role offers genuine client exposure and the chance to contribute meaningfully to strategically important mandates.

Responsibilities will include:

Advising on distressed investments and special situations
Supporting operational and financial restructurings
Confident client-facing capability
Exposure to UK and cross-border restructurings (highly advantageous)
