FinOps Engineer – Healthcare

A Global Digital Health Leader based in Burton Upon Trent is currently searching for a FinOps Engineer to support the growth and optimisation of their Azure-based cloud infrastructure as part of a large-scale transformation programme.

The successful applicant will play a key role in managing cloud costs, developing cost-optimisation strategies, implementing FinOps tooling, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accountability across technology operations.

Location: Hybrid in Burton Upon Trent, once a month in the office.

Salary: £50,000 to 60,000 + Benefits

To be considered:

• Minimum two years of experience in a FinOps, Cloud Operations, or Cloud Engineering role.
• Proven expertise in optimising Azure infrastructure costs.
• Experience implementing Azure Policy controls for cost governance.
• Ability to forecast cloud spend and produce budget reports.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills, collaborating across Finance, Ops, and Tech.
