The Role
This is not a maintenance job. It is a builder’s role. You’ll design and run the financial and operational backbone of Pynea while we’re scaling in real time. One moment you’ll be overseeing payroll, contracts, and cash flow; the next you’ll be building models and forecasts that shape company-wide strategy, from pricing and hiring to fundraising and growth.
You’ll work directly with the CEO and leadership team, with a regular seat at board discussions. This is a role for someone who wants to influence the direction of a high-growth, rule-breaking company, not just keep score.
