Fire Protection Specification & Development Manager (x3 roles – North, Central, South regions)

We’re building something new at Saint-Gobain Interior Solutions – and we’re looking for three Fire Protection Specification & Development Managers to join our brand-new fire protection sales team.

This is an exciting opportunity to take our innovative firestopping products and solutions to market, working closely with main contractors, architects, specifiers, dryliners, and specialist installers.

We’re looking for experienced technical sales professionals with a background in specification sales and strong knowledge of passive fire protection. You’ll combine technical expertise with commercial acumen to drive new business and support our distribution partners.

This is a home-based role with regular travel across your allocated region:

• North Region
• Central Region
• South Region

What we’re looking for:

• Proven technical sales experience with specifiers, contractors, dryliners, and specialist installers within passive fire protection
• IFE Level 3 (or equivalent experience)
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
• A track record of specifying and selling passive fire protection solutions
• Self-motivated, organised, and driven to succeed

What you’ll be doing:

• Developing new business with specifiers, contractors, distributors, and specialist installers
• Providing fire protection expertise, advice, and technical support to both internal and external customers
• Delivering fire education sessions and seminars to key clients and contractors
• Influencing distribution partners to stock our firestopping range, while supporting their teams with training and product knowledge
