The Fire Safety Advisor ensures Trust-wide fire safety compliance, delivers statutory training, and provides expert guidance in line with NHS Firecode (HTM 05) and fire safety legislation RRFSO 2005
To work on behalf of the Trust to deliver an
environment that is safe with a minimum fire risk
so that the highest standards of clinical care can
be made available to patients.
The Fire Safety Adviser will provide a comprehensive, inclusive and professional fire management service for the Trust. Provide expert advice on all fire related matters. To carry out inspections and risk assessments on all Trust properties.
To train staff of all disciplines and levels on fire related matters (Core training)
All within a national and NHS fire prevention framework and according to training standards, advice and guidance provided by the Home Office and the NHS.
