Description
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a project supervisor to join our experienced team. The chosen candidate will be working in conjunction with our project managers and would be overseeing installation teams on both small and large scale commercial projects throughout London. The role requires a good understanding of fire protection standards and regulations such as BS EN 12845 and BS 9251. Additional on and off the job training can be given to the chosen candidate if required.
The ideal candidate will work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure the installations meet all requirements and are completed in a timely fashion.

Within a couple of years, the company had gained a reputation for supplying a quality service and our client base steadily increased. We began to undertake larger contracts, which would include system design as well as Installation and maintenance works.
Our servicing and maintenance department was formed in 1989 and, with the founded reputation of the company, immediately began to prosper. Our fully trained engineers have the background knowledge that has helped in the continual expansion of the department.
The Role
Keeping records of installation progress and ensuring that the project program of works is being followed.
Ensuring that the installation is being installed in accordance with our issued designs.
Attending site progress meetings with the clients.
Ensuring that method statements and risk assessments are being adhered to.
Assisting with project handover, testing and commissioning.
Requirements/Experience
Must have had 3 years experience of working on construction sites.
Basic knowledge of LPC Sprinkler rules is essential.
Works well in a team.
Valid CSCS card required. SSSTS would be ideal.
Strong communication skills.
Good attention to detail is essential.
What We Can Offer
Salary range £55,000 to £65,000.
Annual Bonus based on company profit.
