We’re looking for a skilled and safety-conscious Fire Team Operative to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a critical site, with a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

In this role, you’ll carry out essential fire system testing across the station, as well as mechanical maintenance, repairs, and testing on related equipment.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical maintenance on equipment including flanges, gaskets, skids, and pipework systems
• Carry out planned maintenance on fire systems throughout the site
• Test and repair fire detection and loss control systems
• Conduct fire alarm and smoke head testing
• Inspect and maintain firefighting equipment and other related systems

What We’re Looking For

• Mechanical knowledge or fire systems experience (we’ll provide training for the other)
• Strong focus on health and safety compliance
• Basic IT skills and computer literacy
• Previous experience in an industrial environment is an advantage
