Job Title: Test Fitter
Working Pattern: 2 weeks of days followed by 2 weeks of links/afternoons
Working location: Bristol

As a Test Fitter you will work as part of an integrated team delivering production (MRO/OE) and development aerospace engines.

This role is part of the Test Operations team working within the defence sector at Rolls Royce Bristol.

What You Will Be Doing
With this attractive opportunity you will get a chance to:
- Become a team member in the Test Fitter Team - Testing production & development or repair of aerospace engines.
- Diagnostic investigation of engine and test bed related issues.
- Working across a broad range of products with often tight timescales.
- Proactive approach to production system sustainment, with ability to constantly identify and implement improvements.

To be successful in this role you will need to:
- Time served apprentice with appropriate aero-engine skills (Qualified to NVQ level 3, City & Guilds parts 1 & 2 or equivalent)
- Practical knowledge of working with tools and techniques with the ability to fully interpret instructional / process drawings
- Computer literate: Microsoft.
- Flexibility to cover a variety of tasks with often changing priorities.

To work for the Rolls-Royce Submarines business an individual has to hold a Security Check clearance. Rolls-Royce will support the application for Security Clearance if you do not currently already have this in place.
