Mission
As a Boutique Manager for Maison Francis Kurkdjian, you are a brand ambassador and an expert in our products and storytelling. Through your engaging style, you will actively drive & increase your business, coaching the Account Manager & all Luxury Brand Ambassador’s to achieve their sales targets. By leading & guiding your team you will ensure all clients of Maison Francis Kurkdjian receive a personalised luxury service. Through your passion for the brand, you will demonstrate an attitude that always benefits the Maison.
Job Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities
Sales
- Responsible for Sales performance & goal reviews with the execution of Sales activations to meet & exceed monthly & annual goals.
- Develop a monthly business plan with Account Managers to meet expectation in line with brand target expectations.
- Pro-actively sell Maison Francis Kurkdjian products and provide a luxury, personalised service to all clients.
- Lead and coach your team to ensure all Luxury Brand Ambassadors are aware of and achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Proactively link-sell fragrances and ancillary products
Service
- Promote the internal app with your team & educate them on the product knowledge & history.
- Be knowledgeable on all products & be able to converse with our cliental to propose personalised products.
- Coach and develop Account Managers on Steps of Service.
- Confidently explain the ingredients of the product and the story behind
- Ensure counter cover is optimized and in line with staffing budget.
- Proactively driving CRM
Management
- Proactively manage the Account Manager & all Luxury Brand Ambassador’s, by identifying training needs and development opportunities.
- Manage stock levels, working in partnership with the Area Manager to ensure there are sufficient levels to meet the needs of your business.
- Grow market share in the business consciously & proactively in your store.
- Ensure all operational & administrative tasks such as trade reporting are complete within the communicated timeframe
- Ensure you manage your team with the Area Manager and LVMH HR Support.
- Adhere to all Company procedures & policies
General
- Ensure visual merchandising standards & guidelines are upheld as directed by the VM team.
- Build relationships with store management & adhere to all policies
- Build a community within your store and City.
Profile
Person Specification Cultivate an entrepreneurial spirit; constantly seeking opportunities to develop and grow the Maison and through developing the team. Have the ability to manage the relationships with general store and brand management, working in collaboration on the annual sales plan of the brand/store and identify local opportunities. Deliver excellence; through being organised with administration, willing to go the extra mile and self-confident when engaging with our clients to deliver a luxury Service. Immaculately groomed and presented, you will embody what clients of Maison Francis Kurkdjian have come to associate with the Maison. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a comparable position
