About The Role
Reporting to the Workshop Manager, you’ll be responsible for a range of administrative tasks that support the day-to-day operations of the workshop and wider team. You’ll help manage systems, coordinate communications, and ensure accurate data handling across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full administrative support to the Workshop Manager and wider team.
- Manage SAP and PSP systems, including data input and reconciliation.
- Support diary management and email handling for the Workshop Manager.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems (both electronic and hard copy).
- Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve queries.
- Ensure compliance with Royal Mail’s health and safety procedures.
About You
You’re a confident communicator with strong organisational skills and a flexible, team-oriented approach. You’re comfortable working independently within a structured framework and have a keen eye for detail.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with M5, SAP, and PSP is desirable.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good numeracy and data analysis skills.
- Willingness to learn internal systems and processes, including finance and procurement procedures.
