We are currently recruiting for a
Fleet Support Administrator to join our team at
Nissan/Renault Bradford Fleet, based at
Vertu Land Rover Bradford. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a passion for the motor industry to support our fleet operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage vehicle arrivals, ensuring all incoming vehicles are processed accurately and efficiently
- Handle vehicle claims, including documentation and resolution of any issues
- Support fleet administration processes, including vehicle ordering, subcontract coordination, and delivery tracking
- Maintain accurate vehicle and customer records to ensure a clean and reliable database
- Deliver a high level of service to both internal and external stakeholders
Skills And Experience
While previous experience as a Vehicle Administrator and familiarity with Leaselink / Ebbon systems would be beneficial, they are
not essential. We welcome applicants with strong IT, PC, and numerical skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
