What you’ll be doin

• g:Lead Fleet Delivery: Oversee the day-to-day delivery of the Avanti West Coast fleet, ensuring value for money through effective contract management with Rolling Stock Owning Companies (ROSCos), manufacturers, and maintainer
• s.Drive Supplier Performance: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key suppliers (Hitachi, Alstom, ROSCos) to ensure consistent, high-quality fleet performanc
• e.Ensure Safety & Compliance: Guarantee that all fleet operations meet safety standards and regulatory requirements, supporting a culture of continuous improvement and accountabilit
• y.Inspire and Guide Teams: Provide strategic leadership to the Fleet Contract Delivery Team and Production Managers, ensuring they are equipped to meet business need
• s.Shape Future Strategy: Contribute to long-term fleet planning, including integration with ETCS and HS2, while supporting cross-functional collaboration, budget management, and stakeholder reportin
