The Flows Planning Team have an exciting opportunity for someone to join the team as an Administrator based at our Trafford Distribution Centre to support via a 6 month Fixed Term Contract. The ideal candidate will have great attention to detail and possess precise planning skills and be willing to develop and learn.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Ensuring that we serve our customers to the highest possible standard
- Planning the day to day inbound and outbound of our operation.
- Being a key point of contact for our factories, suppliers, transport companies and customers.
- Supporting our people by liaising with the Supply Chain & Order to Cash teams to efficiently manage our daily processes to consistently deliver.
- Be responsible for the integration of ASN files and building the daily despatch and collection schedules.
- Be resilient in your approach to delivering the best possible operational daily plan.
- Driving our KPIs of sustainability in line with our environment, and cost to serve in line with our future.
- Ensure that all documentation is managed and processed within group and legal norms.
