Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in Nanchang, China, for the role of Flying Faculty in Finance & Accounting with a focus on Intensive Block Teaching. The role involves conducting short-term, intensive teaching blocks on Finance & Accounting topics, preparing and delivering course materials, engaging with students during and outside the class, and assessing coursework and examinations. The candidate will collaborate with academic staff to ensure content relevance and maintain high-quality teaching standards. Travel may be required to support educational initiatives.

Qualifications

Strong teaching and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver intensive, high-quality Finance & Accounting modules.

Proficiency in curriculum design, lesson planning, and course material development.

Comprehensive knowledge of Finance & Accounting principles and their practical applications.

Excellent organizational and time management skills to facilitate block teaching schedules effectively.

Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability to work in diverse educational environments.

Relevant academic qualifications in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree or above preferred).

Previous teaching experience in higher education or professional training programs is advantageous.

Experience in delivering courses in an international setting is a plus.

Willingness to relocate to Nanchang, China for the duration of teaching blocks.

Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a bonus.
