FM Estimator

This is a full-time hybrid role for an FM Estimator located in London. The FM Estimator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks that involve estimating costs for facility management projects. Some work-from-home flexibility is acceptable for this role.

• Estimating, Cost Estimation, and Facility Management skills
• Experience in commercial facilities management
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools
• Relevant certifications in facilities management are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field
