What’s the role ? ……
To build on the recent reopening of the iconic Broadway Theatre and new hire space, increase revenue and standards of service by effectively promoting and developing ancillary sales throughout the venue. To generate income by developing use of the new spaces for commercial hires.
To oversee the FOH operation, establish of a new daytime bar, touchdown space and wedding offer.
To ensure operational compliance is met throughout the venue and maintain appropriate records.
Effectively manage the venues three bars, function rooms and Front of House operation to achieve profitability. Act as Duty Manager for events.

What We’re Looking For
You will be detail oriented with a proven track record in Income Generation, Operational Compliance and leading a Front of House operation within a theatre/venue setting.
Can ensure Health and Safety compliance is met and work across a broad range of tasks and skill sets. You will be keen to implement dynamic ways to promote bar events, weddings and oversee the opening of a daytime bar operation.
You will drive income across the bars and FOH operation whilst monitoring spend and excellent standards of customer care.
Location
The job is primarily based in Broadway Theatre, Rushey Green, Catford, London, SE6 4RU.
Special conditions
- Regular weekend and holiday season working is required for this job

Salary
Salary: £42,861-£44,430 per annum (PO1) (Plus enhancements for regular evenings and weekends)
N.B: All appointments will be offered at the minimum spinal column point (SCP) for the grade of the role. The only exception to this will be when matching current salary (up to the maximum of the scale), which is subject to evidential proof.
