The Role
We are looking for exceptional people to join our team and have an exciting opportunity for Food and Beverage Assistants.
The ideal person will have the ability to deliver great service to our guests,is reliable, willing to learn as part of this growing team and is passionate about hospitality
We are looking for both full-time and part-time positions
Duties Will Include
A timeless retreat in Alnwick, Bailiffgate Hotel combines luxury and authenticity, offering an escape where guests can unwind and immerse themselves in the beauty, history and heritage of Northumberland
The hotel's site, opposite the Barbican entrance to Alnwick Castle, has a fascinating history and was acquired by the first Duke of Northumberland in 1780
Bailiffgate has served as a commissioner's residence, a school and now, it is being transformed into a luxurious 48-room hotel with a bar and the Motte & Bailey Restaurant

Duties Will Include
- Ensuring that designated areas are cleaned to the Company standards to guarantee excellent hygiene in all areas
- Deal with any reasonable requests from guests in a professional manner.
- Strive to anticipate customer needs and where possible react to these to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the day to day duties to ensure the food & beverage department operates smoothly
- Ensure all Health and Safety and Fire Safety Company standards are maintained.
