Food Photographer & Content Creator

We are looking for an experienced, creative and innovative Food Photographer & Content Creator to join the team at Gordon Ramsay Restaurants.

The Food Photographer & Content Creator will produce expert food photography and storytelling content for Gordon Ramsay Restaurants, enhancing visual presentation across social media and marketing channels. The role involves creating high-quality, on-brand imagery and videos that showcase the food, atmosphere, and experience of the restaurants, engaging audiences and conveying the brands' personality and culture.

** This is a Permanent - Full Time role based in London **

Key accountabilities:

• Generate and pitch creative ideas rooted in food, culture, and audience insight, aligned to brand and marketing objectives
• Translate insights into visually distinctive, social-first content that cuts through on platforms like Instagram and TikTok
• Support wider marketing and campaign creative by ideating and producing visual assets for email, website, paid media, and other channels
• Lead the production of high-quality, on-brand food photography for use across all marketing channels, ensuring consistency and excellence

About the candidate:

• Proven experience as a food photographer and content creator, ideally within hospitality, lifestyle, or premium brands
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality food photography across multiple formats and channels
• Deep understanding of social platforms and how food content performs across different environments
• Exceptional eye for lighting, composition, texture, and detail when capturing food
• Strong video skills, particularly short-form social content, alongside photography
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple shoots, brands, and deadlines
