Job Description
As
Programme Technical Support, you’ll play a key role in helping the Programme Team deliver clear, consistent, and high-quality documents and processes.
This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative, supportive team and contribute to projects that impact how manufacturers, auditors, and retailers maintain product safety and quality around the world.
You’ll bring strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to translate technical information into clear, usable formats.
What You'll Do
- Support the development of technical standard documents and capture meeting minutes for key groups (e.g. Technical Advisory Committees and Working Groups)
- Improve how documentation is formatted, harmonised, and made accessible across the business and to key partners (e.g. certification bodies, sites, auditors)
- Help maintain consistency across tools and templates, including audit protocols, checklists, and reporting documents
- Ensure updates to technical materials are reflected across other functions (e.g. IT, Training, Sales, Marketing)
- Support and manage assigned projects or documentation suites – such as additional modules or audit tools – from creation to implementation
- Support with technical queries, tracking trends and updating guidance as needed
Qualifications
- A degree or equivalent experience in food science, bioscience or similar field
- Excellent written communication skills and able to produce clear, structured technical documentation
- Experience in food safety, quality, technical, or certification/auditing process within the food or non-food industries
- Knowledge of ISO standards (e.g. ISO 9001 or ISO 22000), with HACCP Level 3 as a plus
- Practical auditing experience and/or lead auditor training is beneficial
- A proactive, organised approach with the ability to work across departments and teams
