This is your chance to coach within a professional club’s development programme, delivering high-quality sessions and playing a key role in spotting future talent.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead fun, challenging and structured training sessions for players aged 6-16
- Develop individual player skills while creating a positive team environment
- Communicate regularly with parents about player progress
- Be a role model on and off the pitch
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum FA Level 1 / Introduction to Coaching Football (Level 2 / UEFA C preferred)
- FA Safeguarding & Emergency Aid qualifications (or willingness to complete)
- Strong communication skills and a positive, engaging coaching style
- Passion for player development and football education
