We’re looking for ambitious, passionate football coaches who want to deliver top-quality sessions, work within a professional structure, and be part of a pathway that has already seen many players progress to academy football.

We’re looking for ambitious, passionate football coaches who want to deliver top-quality sessions, work within a professional structure, and be part of a pathway that has already seen many players progress to academy football.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver engaging, progressive and challenging sessions to players aged 6-16
- Follow our Norwich City coaching curriculum while bringing your own style and creativity
- Inspire players to develop technically, tactically, physically, and mentally
- Maintain strong communication with parents and centre coordinators
- Identify and recommend talented players for progression along the Norwich City pathway
- Minimum FA Level 1 / Introduction to Coaching Football (Level 2 / UEFA C preferred)
- FA Safeguarding & Emergency Aid qualifications (or willingness to complete)
- A coach who thrives on improving young players and building relationships
- Reliability, professionalism, and enthusiasm in every session
- Coaching kit and resources provided
- Opportunities for CPD and progression within Norwich City Football Development
- Support from experienced coordinators and a clear pathway structure
