📩 Reporting to: Head of Recruitment

Role Overview

We’re offering a unique opportunity for an ambitious individual to gain hands-on experience in a leading football agency. The intern will work directly with the Head of Recruitment and support day-to-day operations across the football department. Interns are required to work full time for the duration of the programme at our Manchester office and will support a variety of projects. Projects may include but will not be limited to; conducting research, providing general support for the overall team, admin and data entry tasks. We are looking for proactive problem solvers with an enthusiasm for building a career in the football industry. Strong admin, communication and organisational skills are a must, as well as a proven passion for and knowledge of football.

Please note: this is an unpaid position for the duration of the internship.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and analysing players
• Create player presentations, club packs and data reports on targets
• Provide support in maintaining the internal CRM system
• Support agents in club & player meetings
• Provide support in recruitment meetings and agency events
• Contribute to internal research, data analysis and broader scouting projects
• Carry out ad-hoc tasks linked to company operations and recruitment

What We're Looking For

• Strong interest in football, particularly recruitment and scouting
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & iWork; familiarity with scouting tools is a bonus
• Comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• A collaborative, can-do attitude and desire to learn
