Forecourt Manager - Marsh Barton

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Forecourt Manager to join our team in Marsh Barton. As a pivotal role the Forecourt Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our newly referbished forecourt, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead a team of forecourt staff, providing guidance and support as needed
• Ensure the forecourt is well-maintained, clean, and meets all health and safety standards
• Monitor fuel and shop sales, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
• Develop and implement strategies to increase customer footfall and loyalty
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and staff productivity
  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a retail management role, ideally within a forecourt or convenience store environment
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to decision-making
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
