Role Overview

The Forecourt Manager plays a crucial role in the success of our operations. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of our forecourt, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate a team of staff to deliver excellent customer service
• Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency on the forecourt
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and orders
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback
