The Role

Working as part of the Pharma Services team based in our Charnwood site in Loughborough, you will be responsible for the development of all aspects of processes used in the manufacture of new and existing drug products

.Directly involved in the formulation and process development of medicinal products, you will operate a range of equipment, collect information and maintain accurate documentation. Practical problem solving and effective communication with team members across departments will be key, along with critical interpretation of experimental data

Essential Criter

ia· Degree qualification (or equivalent) in a related Scientific/Technical discipli

ne· Experience in formulation development of solid oral dosage forms, with knowledge of some of the following processe

• s:Wet granulati

• onFluid Bed Coating/Dryi
• ngEncapsulati
• onTableting and Tablet Coati

ng· Previous experience of optimising manufacturing process

es· Excellent working knowledge of cGMP clinical manufacture, to enable formulation and development of drug products from laboratory scale through pilot scale and on into production phase 1 to 3 to ensure competent technology transfer of drug produc
