🎯The Role

We’re looking for a Founding Product Lead to build Klyk’s platform from zero-to-one. You’ll be shaping the IT support SaaS platform that will enhance the experience for customers and partners, while making the business more efficient and future-proof. This is a hands-on, technical product role, where you’ll report directly to the Founder, with significant autonomy and scope to shape how our platform evolves.

You’ll lead across platform, billing, reporting, onboarding and tooling - ensuring high-quality delivery, operational simplicity, and internal alignment. You’ll also play a key role in identifying how AI can be embedded into both our product strategy and our internal ways of working - helping us move faster, work smarter, and deliver more value to customers.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

🚀 Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Define and own the platform and operations roadmap across key areas like billing, reporting, onboarding and process automation
• Align roadmap priorities with business objectives, stakeholder needs, and technical feasibility
• Embed AI opportunities into product initiatives and operational workflows

🤝 Cross Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Leadership, Sales, Operations and Support to gather requirements and build solutions
• Define clear user stories, workflows and acceptance criteria
• Champion a unified, scalable approach to systems and tooling across the business

💻 Agile Execution

• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
• Ensure visibility and velocity across all product initiatives
• Track and communicate progress, risks and milestones clearly to stakeholders

⚙️ Process & Tooling

• Drive internal tooling and workflow optimisation—leveraging AI where appropriate
• Research, evaluate and implement third-party tools to enhance performance and scalability
• Maintain robust documentation and feedback loops across all product areas

📊 Measurement & Impact

• Define success criteria and key metrics for each improvement
• Use data and insight to iterate on product decisions and roadmap direction
• Share learnings and drive continuous improvement culture within the product function

💼 About you

• 4+ years in a product or platform leadership role within a tech-driven business
• Proven track record of 0→1 platform delivery in a startup or scaleup
• Experience delivering cross-functional platform improvements and roadmap ownership
• Experience building and leading product/engineering teams
• Confident communicator with board-level and investor-facing presence
• Passionate about the potential of AI to enhance both product and team efficiency
• Experience working with agile methods and tools like Jira Product Discovery or Miro
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with experience using CRMs (e.g. Salesforce), ITSM tools, and/or data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau, Quicksight)
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, able to align stakeholders at every level
• Highly organised, independent, and accountable
• Energised by working in a growing, purpose-led company with ambitious goals.
