Founding Software Engineer - Meta, Google & Open AI Spin-Out - London

Founding Software Engineer required to join a small team of ex-researchers from Meta, Google and OpenAI, backed by pioneers who shaped modern AI, building the next generation of large-scale reinforcement learning (RL) infrastructure. This is an opportunity to join at the ground floor of a company tackling some of the hardest problems in distributed systems and AI research.

You'll have

• 5+ years of professional experience in big tech, hedge funds or sports betting firms
• Software Development proficiency in programming languages such as Go, Python, Java, C++ or TypeScript
• Strong distributed systems expertise
• Hands-on experience running large Kubernetes clusters in production
• Based in London and in office by default
• Deep Learning experience is a bonus but not a must have
