FP&A Advisor

A leading Private Equity firm is seeking a seasoned Interim FP&A Advisor to support its high-growth portfolio businesses. This is a hands-on role with a clear mandate: fix, enhance, and build robust reporting and FP&A processes.

Role:

Assess and overhaul current financial planning & analysis and reporting structures

Design and implement a best-in-class reporting suite aligned with Private Equity expectations

Introduce clear, actionable KPIs and dashboards for C-Suite and investors

Ensure data integrity and consistency across financial systems and reports

Partner with Finance, Commercial, and Operational teams to drive insight and accountability

Prepare the business for scalability and potential exit readiness

You:

Extensive experience in FP&A within PE-backed or high-growth environments

Proven track record of building FP&A/reporting functions from scratch

Strong understanding of the Private Equity operating model

Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with limited structure

Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills

Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus
