We are looking for an experienced FP&A Analyst to join a leading organisation in the Technology & Telecoms industry based in Oxford. This role requires strong expertise in financial planning and analysis to support strategic decision-making processes.

Description

Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
Prepare detailed financial analysis and reports to aid strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with various departments to gather data and provide financial insights.
Monitor and analyse key financial metrics to identify trends and variances.
Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reviews.
Assist in identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Provide ad-hoc financial analysis as required by senior management.

Profile

A successful FP&A Analyst should have:

A strong background in financial planning and analysis within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
Proficiency in financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of relevant accounting principles and financial regulations.
The ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively.
Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
