About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced FP&A Analyst to join the business at a pivotal time, as the company establishes a new FP&A function to strengthen financial insight, drive cost-savings and performance management across the organisation.

You’ll play a key role in shaping how FP&A adds value — supporting group-wide planning, forecasting, and analysis, and partnering with senior stakeholders to drive commercial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and implementation of FP&A frameworks, tools, and processes.
• Deliver high-quality financial analysis, forecasts, and performance insights across the business.
• Partner with business leaders to understand key drivers, identify opportunities, and improve outcomes.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning cycles.
• Build and enhance financial models to support strategic initiatives and scenario planning.
• Contribute to continuous improvement as the FP&A function evolves and matures.

Skills & Experience Required:

• 3+ years’ experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or management reporting.
• Background in financial services (insurance, pensions, asset management, or related sectors) desirable.
• Strong analytical and modelling skills, with advanced Excel and Powerpoint proficiency.
• Confident communicator, able to translate financial data into actionable insight.
• Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) advantageous.
