FP&A Manager
Location: Andover, Hampshire or Putney Bridge, South London (with some travel)
Contract: Permanent, full-time (37.5 hrs/week, flexible working)
Salary: £40,000 - £52,000

The role
We’re looking for an FP&A Manager to partner with our Operations and Commercial teams, providing insight, analysis, and financial leadership to support our ambitious growth and sustainability goals. You’ll play a key role in driving efficiencies, reporting on KPIs, improving processes, and supporting strategic decisions. You’ll also manage and mentor one analyst.
Key responsibilities
• Analyse financial performance, build forecasts, and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Monitor and improve gross margin performance, cost drivers, and pricing decisions.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and tools to track KPIs and business performance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities across operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and present clear, actionable insights.
• Drive process improvement and reporting automation.
What we’re looking for
• Proven experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a related role.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel (pivot tables, power queries, modelling).
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A self-starter with problem-solving mindset, commercial awareness, and attention to detail.
• (Bonus) Experience in supply chain, retail, or manufacturing.
