Financial Planning & Analysis Manager
An excellent opportunity to join a high-performing FP&A team within a leading international insurance company. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, taking ownership of the several underwriting lines and sub-sectors within the business.
Provide financial insight and guidance to underwriting and senior business stakeholders.
Analyse financial performance and highlight key trends impacting profit and revenue growth.
Lead the annual budgeting process and support monthly forecasting through collaboration with the business.
Manage technical insurance results and work closely with other finance teams to ensure integrity of the numbers.
Contribute to strategic finance projects and support continuous process improvement across the function.
Coach and develop junior team members to support capability growth.
Communicate key drivers of financial performance that impact future growth to non-finance stakeholders
Several years post qualified experience in general insurance (industry or accounting firm)
Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
High attention to detail and ability to challenge the status quo
Proven ability to influence, lead, and deliver high-quality outputs on time
