We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support the Framework and Partnership team here at Pick Everard out of our Leicester or Derby office.

This position will involve providing vital support to the Strategic Partnerships team, which is tasked with overseeing our firm's framework appointments. Your contributions will play an essential role in enhancing these partnerships and driving the success of our strategic goals.
Your Core Responsibilities Will Include
- Contributing to the development of insightful monthly and quarterly reports.
- Proactively updating and maintaining our team's diverse data systems in SharePoint to ensure seamless information sharing.
- Playing a key role in mobilizing and ensuring the successful operation of frameworks that enhance our processes.
- Collaborating effectively across the organisation, particularly with project leads, to ensure that projects meet all framework requirements.
- Assisting in the creation and implementation of comprehensive training programs and guidance documents that empower our team to utilize the frameworks effectively.
- Providing essential support in financial management and reporting to help sustain the success of our organisation.

About You
Our ideal Framework and Partnership Administrator will have:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with individuals at all levels.
- Excellent organisational skills,with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently and manage competing deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Impeccable attention to detail and a thorough, methodical approach to work.
- Previous experience providing general administrative support to a team of professionals.
